What is your minimum order quantity?＋

Our standard MOQ is 500 decks for playing cards and tarot cards, and 1,000 pcs for trading, game and PVC cards. Trial orders can be discussed — contact us with your project details.

Why does CARDX recommend a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 decks?＋

Offset printing requires plate making and set-up that is fixed regardless of run length. 500 decks is the point where unit cost becomes reasonable while keeping quality stable.

Do you offer free or paid sample services?＋

We provide a standard sample kit and can also produce a custom physical sample from your artwork. Sample cost is normally refundable against a bulk order.

Are the inks and coatings used by CARDX safe and environmentally certified?＋

Yes. We use soy-based and low-migration inks and offer FSC-certified paper stock and water-based coatings for markets with strict compliance requirements.

What is CARDX's policy regarding manufacturing defects or transport damage?＋

Any confirmed manufacturing defect or transport damage is replaced or credited. Our QC team inspects every batch before shipment and documents the result.

I'm a first-time designer and not sure if my artwork is print-ready. Will CARDX review my files?＋

Yes. Send us your files and our prepress team will check bleed, colour mode, resolution and line weight, and tell you exactly what (if anything) needs adjusting — free of charge.
