Cards are heavy for their size and sensitive to pressure, so the right shipping method depends on quantity, deadline and how the pallets will be handled. These are the three options we quote most often.
Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Best for samples, prototypes and first runs under roughly 100 kg. Transit is typically 3–7 working days door to door, with tracking and simple customs paperwork. Unit cost is the highest, but it removes freight-forwarding complexity for small orders.
Air freight
Suited to mid-size runs where the deadline matters more than cost per deck. Airport-to-airport transit is about 5–10 days plus customs clearance; door-to-door adds local delivery. Chargeable weight is based on volume, so carton dimensions matter as much as the deck count.
Sea freight
The lowest cost per deck for full pallets and container loads, with transit of roughly 25–40 days depending on the port. It requires booking space in advance and allows more time for documentation, so it suits planned retail or distribution shipments rather than launch deadlines.
Documents and terms
- Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading / air waybill
- Certificate of origin when the destination or buyer requires it
- Incoterms: we quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the destination
Packing for export
Decks are shrink-wrapped, packed into master cartons and palletised with edge protection. Tell us the destination climate and handling route if the cartons will be stored for long periods — humidity is the most common cause of warping in transit.
Send us the delivery address and target date and we will quote the most cost-effective combination of production schedule and shipping method.
