Guangzhou Sanwa Poker CO., LTD., trading as SGallocards, is a custom card manufacturer established in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website and through quotation, sample and order communications.

This policy applies to this website, enquiries sent by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, and the administration of orders and shipments. It does not cover the independent practices of carriers, customs brokers, payment providers or other third parties.

2. Data we collect

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, company, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the content of your message.
• Project information — card specifications, quantities, packaging requirements and artwork or prepress files you send us.
• Order and delivery details — billing and shipping addresses, consignee contacts, purchase order references, invoices and customs or shipping documents.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps recorded in our web server logs.
• Communications — emails, messages and meeting notes connected with a quotation or order.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website. Payments are arranged by invoice and bank transfer.

3. How we use your data

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange samples.
• To confirm, manufacture, pack and ship orders, and to prepare export and customs documents.
• To provide after-sales support and handle quality claims.
• To keep accounting, tax, export-control and other business records required by law.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website, including reviewing server logs for abuse or errors.
• To send product or company updates only where you have asked for them or consented, with an unsubscribe option in every message.

This website currently sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. The language selector is a display option and does not create a profile of you. Our server records technical log data for security and troubleshooting.

Order, invoice, shipping and customs records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and export-control law. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and order data is limited to staff and providers who need it, and we maintain access controls, backups and routine checks on our systems.
