From Artwork File to Delivered Deck

One dedicated sales engineer follows your project from the first inquiry to the delivered carton. Production is printed, laminated, die-cut, sorted and boxed inside our own 15,000 m² factory in Zengcheng, Guangzhou — so nothing is outsourced and nothing is re-quoted halfway through.

Workflow

Eight Steps, Fully Transparent

Every stage has an owner, a deliverable and a date. Nothing moves to the next step until the previous one is confirmed in writing.

1 · Inquiry

Product type, card size, quantity, material, finishing, packaging and target market.

2 · Quotation

Factory-direct quotation with MOQ options, tooling and lead time — typically within one working day.

3 · Artwork & prepress

Files checked for bleed, colour mode, resolution and dielines; a digital proof is sent for approval.

4 · Sampling

A physical sample is produced in 5–7 days for you to hold, shuffle and approve.

5 · Production

Offset printing, lamination, die-cutting and automatic sorting — 15–20 days after sample approval.

6 · Quality control

In-line inspection during the run plus a final pre-shipment check on a random sample.

7 · Packing

Boxes, insert trays, booklets and accessories assembled, then shrink-wrapped and cartoned.

8 · Shipping

Express, air or sea freight with export documents prepared for your customs broker.

Prepress

What We Need Before Printing

Send whatever stage your artwork is at — our prepress team will tell you exactly what has to change.

◧

Artwork Files

AI, PSD or PDF, 300 dpi at final size, CMYK colour, fonts outlined or packaged, 3 mm bleed on every edge.

◫

Size & Dieline

Poker 63 × 88 mm, bridge 57 × 87 mm, tarot 70 × 120 mm or a custom size. We supply a dieline if you need one.

◐

Colour Reference

Pantone numbers for brand colours, or a physical sample we should match. Screen colour is not a reliable reference.

Prepress and plate-making area

How Prepress Runs Here

Computer-to-plate output, colour separation and ink-key presetting happen in-house before the job reaches the press. That is how the printed sheet matches the proof instead of drifting towards it.

What Happens Inside the Factory

The same controlled sequence applies to every deck, whether the order is 500 or 200,000.

Prepress & CTP
Colour separation, plate output and ink-key presetting for a stable first sheet.
Offset Printing
Heidelberg XL105, 4+1 colours with inline coating — the same press runs samples and bulk orders.
Lamination
Matte, glossy, linen, air-cushion or soft-touch film applied on both sides.
Die-cutting
Cutting to size with rounded-corner punching; tolerance checked against the dieline.
Sorting
Automatic collation of card sequences, deck by deck, to your specification.
Box Making
Tuck boxes, magnetic rigid boxes, tin or wooden boxes produced and assembled in-house.
Packing
Shrink wrap, master cartons, labels and palletising matched to your warehouse or marketplace rules.

Dates You Can Plan Around

All timings start from approved artwork and a confirmed specification — not from the inquiry date, which is where most quoted lead times quietly slip.

What Usually Delays a Card Project

!

Artwork Sent Late

A freight date is fixed long before files are final. Send print-ready artwork early — we can hold the production slot.

!

Sample Feedback Loop

Every change after sample approval restarts prepress. Collect all stakeholder comments in one round.

!

Packaging Changes Last

Box artwork and insert dimensions affect the whole run. Freeze packaging before the press starts.
