Three stocks cover almost every project we run: black core, blue core and coated art paper, in 300gsm and 350gsm. The difference is not on the artwork — it is in the opacity, the snap and the way the deck survives a thousand shuffles.
All three are printable on the same press, so switching stock does not restart the project — it changes how the finished deck behaves.
Two white printing surfaces bonded to an opaque black core. No show-through from the back design, a crisp snap and the classic casino weight. Our default for playing cards, tarot and TCG.
The same three-ply construction with a blue-grey core. Slightly softer hand and a warmer tone at the cut edge, widely used for board game and party game decks.
Single-layer coated board with a smooth printing surface. The most economical option and a good fit for flash cards, reference cards and packaging inserts.
A starting point, not a rule — final choice is confirmed on the physical sample.
350gsm black core with air-cushion or linen finish. Casino, promotional and retail decks.
300–350gsm black or blue core, often with foil, spot UV or textured coatings per rarity.
350gsm black core, matte or soft-touch lamination, gilded edges for premium sets.
300gsm blue or black core, sized to your insert tray and packed with tokens and boards.
300gsm art paper with matte lamination, ring-bound or boxed, rounded corners.
Greyboard rigid boxes, folding tuck boxes, and 128–157gsm text paper for guidebooks.
For buyers in the EU, UK and North America, material documentation is usually the first question from compliance — so we keep it available rather than promising it later.

Our sample kit includes black core, blue core and art paper swatches with the main laminations applied, so you can compare snap and finish in the hand.
