Every deck is printed on our own Heidelberg XL105, then decorated on in-house foil, UV and edge-printing lines. Because the same press prints your sample and your bulk order, colour does not drift between approval and delivery.
A 2011 German-built sheet-fed offset press with four process units plus a coating unit and UV curing. It prints both the physical samples you approve and the production run itself — there is no separate "sample machine" whose colour has to be matched later.
Offset remains the right process for card decks: it holds fine type, small reverses and flat tints at a consistency that digital presses struggle to match across long runs.

The method follows the run length and the effect you need, not the other way round.
CMYK process plus Pantone spot colours on 300–350gsm stock. The default for anything above a few hundred decks, and the only method that reliably matches a previous print run.
Short runs, artwork proofs and reprints of a single card. Useful when a project needs 20 copies for a playtest rather than a full offset set-up.
Hot-foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, edge printing and gilded edges — applied after printing and lamination on dedicated equipment.

Fifty-plus automated machines across printing, lamination, die-cutting, sorting and box making, on a 15,000 m² site in Zengcheng, Guangzhou.
AI, PSD or PDF at final size, 300 dpi, CMYK. Spot colours supplied as Pantone references, not RGB swatches.
3 mm bleed on all edges and 3 mm safe margin inside the trim, so nothing important is lost at the cut.
Outline fonts or package them with the file, and flatten effects that the RIP may render differently.
Send the artwork and the specification — our prepress team will confirm what is print-ready and what needs adjusting before plates are made.
